Chopping
- Chef’s knife: Invest in a good quality knife. I like the Dalstrong Shogun series. But this is highly personal based on my hand size and grip style.
- Mandolin
- Butcher block: My husband made ours, but I recommend an end grain butcher block to extend the life of your good quality chef’s knife.
Baking
- 1/2 baking sheets
- Cookie scoops
- Silicone mats
- Whisks: Love the mini one for making mug cakes.
