Hello! I am so glad we’ve found each other.

My name is Cindi. I live in the Phoenix area with my husband, Doug, our two daughters, Addison and Jensen, and one dog.

For most of my twenties I was severely depressed and suffered from terrible anxiety. I was overweight, had bad acne, and my arms and legs were covered in plaque psoriasis. After having my first baby, I decided to get healthy and find the joy in life.

I have learned so much since then and it’s my turn to share this passion with you.
