Hello! I am so glad we’ve found each other.

My name is Cindi. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, with my husband, Doug, our three daughters, and one dog.

For most of my twenties I was severely depressed and suffered from terrible anxiety. I was terribly overweight. I suffered from bad acne. My arms and legs were covered in plaque psoriasis. After having my first baby, I decided to get healthy and find the joy in life again.

I have learned so much since then and it’s my turn to share this passion with you.
